At BlackHorse Equestrian, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unused and in original condition
- Free from dirt, hair, odours and marks
- Returned with all original tags attached
- In original packaging where applicable
To request a return, please contact us at info@blackhorseequestrian.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We offer exchanges on eligible items, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered in accordance with our returns policy.
We recommend contacting us before sending your item back so we can assist with sizing and availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs where applicable
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible and provide a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance and promotional items are generally not eligible for refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law. Exchanges or store credits may be offered at our discretion.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as BlackHorse Equestrian cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for goods that are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.
